Impact on the production line when the types of steel pails and buckets change
When the types of steel pails and buckets change, if the speed of the sealing machine remains unchanged, it will hurt the quality of the sealing and curling.
The sealing and curling of steel pails and buckets is a key process determining the quality of steel drum products.
Through practice, we found that the main shaft rotation speed of steel pails has different effects on different types of steel buckets.
If the assembly speed of the original vertical curling machine is improved, it will have a significant quality effect.
The principles to be followed are:
1. If the feeding speed of the curling roller and the thickness of the steel plate remains unchanged, when assembling the pail with a small pail diameter, the steel barrel speed is required to be high; the larger the pail diameter, the lower the workpiece speed.
2. If the feeding speed of the curling roller and the barrel diameter remain unchanged, the workpiece speed is fast when the steel plate is thick; the speed should be slow when the steel plate is thin.
3. When curling under the condition that other conditions remain unchanged, the thicker the steel plate, the slower the roller feed speed should be.
