Following the price correction at the end of last month, US steelmaker Nucor announced that the hot-rolled spot price will increase again starting from March 3. The price per short ton will be $900/ton for all producers except California Steel Industries (CSl), which has reached $960/ton. This is the sixth consecutive month of increase since the beginning of this year.

After further processing, such as cold rolling, the hot-rolled steel plate will become the raw material for various metal buckets, such as 20L steel pails, 5 gallon steel pails, various metal cans and tinplate buckets, etc.
