Generally two ring grooves is on the upper part of the pail, while for 25 liter pail, two additional ring grooves are added to the bottom part to make the pail furtherly stronger. Ring grooves are commonly used to strengthen the pail. If the density of goods you want to packed in the 25L pail, two grooves will be fine.

The use and maintenance of steel pail:

1. Avoid bumping, falling and rolling during transportation, loading and unloading

2. Steel pails should not be stacked in the open air. When you have to do so, the bottom layer should be placed with a cushion, and the pails should be covered with proper cloth material to prevent the sun, rain and water.

3.If the steel pails which have packed with flammable, explosive or some toxic materials are leaking, repair welding is not allowed so as to avoid dangerous accidents.

4.Recycled and reused steel pails should be repaired and repainted to avoid rusting.
