International Market Situation Of Steel Pail Raw Materials

European hot coil prices continue to remain stable this week. In the face of poor demand, most steel mills do not give discounts, and long-term contract orders are the majority. Currently, the price of hot coils in the Nordic market is 660 euros/ton EXW (715 US dollars/ton), and the tradable price level is maintained at 600 euros/ton EXW (652 US dollars/ton), which is slightly lower than the previous week. However, it increased by about 15 euros/ton EXW month-on-month. The actual demand is not good, so it is said that there are not many transactions recently. In Italy, the hot coil price is 670 euros/ton EXW (728 US dollars/ton), and the actual transaction price dropped by 20 euros/ton.

In terms of imports, the overall average tradable price is between US$590/ton and US$610/ton CFR. The export quotation of hot coils from Taiwan, China is 600 euros/ton CFR Italy. The price of 60 tons of hot coils from Turkey is 615 euros/ton CFR Italy ($668/ton), including anti-dumping duties.
