Introduction of some coating materials:

(1)Epoxy phenolic coating: Epoxy phenolic coating is a mixture of epoxy resin and phenolic resin. It must be heated and polymerized, then dried to form a film, and the baking temperature is not low 195℃, and the high temperature curing time not less than 10 minutes, after film formation its color is golden color.

However, it should be noted that in actual operation, the leveling property of the coating is poor, especially when the solvent is improperly used and the molecular weight of epoxy is high, it is more sensitive to the surface state of tinplate, and easy to form small holes. In addition, when the film is thick, the adhesion to the iron sheet is poor.

(2)Epoxy amine coating: Epoxy amine is a mixture of epoxy resin and amine resin. It is a colorless coating with certain chemical and physical properties, which can withstand high temperature with color remaining unchanged after baking. It is characterized by colorless transparency, low odor, and good deep drawing resistance of the paint film.

(3)Epoxy resins: Epoxy resins are polymer compounds containing epoxy groups. High polymer epoxy resin has a longer molecular chain, which can improve the elasticity of the film. Epoxy resin has excellent adhesion to metal. Because epoxy resin contains a large number of epoxy polar groups, it has good polarity adaptability to metal, so the adhesion of coating film is good. In addition, it has good thermal stability, excellent chemical resistance, and is easy to cross-link and cure with other resins to form a film.
